The Mountain Island<\/h4>\n

“This is the highest point in Portugal, with 2351 meters at its summit, and one of the most beautiful landscapes the Azores has to offer. Its vineyard landscape has been classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This island was also a key whaling center in the archipelago. The main activities to do on Pico are whale watching, mountaineering, geotourism, diving and hiking.”<\/p>\n
